Who ARE THE Elderly Brothers Trio

Bryan

Bryan learned to play guitar at 15 inspired by the music of The Kingston Trio.  As other artists joined the Folk Era, he expanded his songs to Peter Paul & Mary, The Everly Brothers, The Beatles and more.


He has performed for the lead singer of the Kingston Trio, Bob Shane. 


Bryan met Tom and created a passion to reintroduce music of the sixties and seventies.

Mike has had a lifelong love of music including rock, jazz, bluegrass, Broadway and folk music.


He has sung in a variety of musical groups, which have included performances at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London, House of Blues in Chicago and Comerica Park in Detroit.


 Mike joined  Tom and Bryan in the Elderly Brother Trio in 2020, after singing with Tom for several years in a local choral ensemble.

Beginning in 1962, Tom was a member

of a Detroit folk singing quartet which played well over a hundred shows. 


Tom spent 35 years in radio and television both as disc jockey and an engineer.


Tom is also a Vietnam veteran. He  is retired and returned to his early love of singing folk music.
